Removing/Replacing Frame Pucks.

So, Im going to replace both frame pucks, and was wondering if anyone has had first hand experience with this and could give me a few pointers. I thought I remember hearing the adhesive bonds almost instantly so you only have a window of a few seconds to get it right. Boardsnbikes recommended lighter fluid and tooth floss, and that sounds like it will work. But any other advice would be greatly appreciated. Ride fast! Take chances! (Just not on black ice, and slush)

I don't remember exactly what it said, but there is an instruction booklet that comes with the pucks that explains exactly how to take them off, and if I remember correctly, it didn't seem too difficult. So, whenever you get the new set, you should be good to go.

Yeah, I threw mine away too. Pretty sure it said to use heat to remove them.

i remember a pain in the ass..... sorry... maybe i should have read the insructions better
