Retuning an '08 XB12R

I have an '08 XB12r. I put a D&D pipe on it after a while of riding I felt it was retuning too rich so I put on a K&N high flow air filter and did an airbox delete. Couple months later its still not 100%. Figured I need it retuned. Any advice would help thanks.

The bike needs a tune in a bad way.

I have a '09 12R, added all the goodies, she ran like ****.

Threw a tune on there via TunerPro (In our DIY section) and she purrs like a kitten and pulls like a freight train.
