Rode about 400 miles yesterday at a pretty good (for me) pace, I'm kinda beat today but I ride all the time around Roanoke, I'm just down the road in Rocky Mount so I'm up for a ride just about any weekend.

I'll be at breakfast in the morning at Tuggles Gap around 9am for the weekly Twin Valley Rider breakfast. Not sure about the weather but I'll probably ride afterwards regardless, just a slower pace if it rains. I'm kinda busy getting my dual sport bike ready for the Shenandoah 500 next weekend so tomorrow is the only free day I've got, hope to see you there.
