alright, well a few more too add to, i didnt really see much in the manual but more so from a few other people that was quoting badweatherbikes.

1. when putting headers back on and rotating engine back up, they said to leave everything loose and have everything hanging freely except torque big top isolation bolt and the top nut on the rear header clamp(since i won't be able to access it) does that sound right?? i was warned against pre stressed brackets and components, and understand. Can i really just torque down one nut then align everything this else( stabilizers, muffler and all) then come back and tighten the other 3 header nuts?? OR torque down the whole header and rotate engine up and assemble then torque??

2. any permatex sealant or anything i should coat on the starter gasket and the primary gasket or assemble dry?

1. Theres no real need to let the headers hang. I got them fully set and tightened before rotating up. Nothing touches the headers when rotating anyways.

thanks, so there's no worries about prestressing the header pipe and something happening to the studs when the muffler and everything gets tweaked around and lined up and bolted up tight??

kinda regretting even messing with the starter, looks like a pain in the ass to deal with cracking the oil lines and moving wiring and everything around. but what the hell, right? got to get in there and clean it all out, new gasket and check for holes in the hoses!! any advice with that? looks straight forward!
