Unless the Buell knocks my socks off or is more affordable with similar performance (obviously to be fair less price tag can mean less performance)
 
I kinda like it
looks a little like an F-117 to me
old angular stealth tech, the bike isn't that loud either from what I can tell of the youtube videos I have seen of it.
 
the RC8 is so ugly though... if i couldnt get another Buell i would get a KTM 990 Super Duke.

Im assuming you ride a Lightning and prefer the street fighter look.

If so i can see why you dont like the RC8...

Why a person would want a RC8 over a S1000RR is beyond me. I was chatting with a AMA rider and he told me the RC8 was "janky" on the track. There is a reason no one has them.
 
"janky" isn't even a word lol

All i know is that when i saw it for the first time in a race i was in love.

I wont bash on the S1000RR cause it is an amazing bike but IMO its ugly! Easily mistaken for a Jap bike from a distance.
 
yeah street fighter look get me going every time...

all the Jap bikes look the same and i don't find them appealing at all.

BMW's are for Snobby rich guys... ever notice how they all look down at you if you don't ride a BMW...

Now these bikes are a different story...

Hmmm bash the rider but not the bike, like i said.. its ugly but very impressive performance wise. Here's a link to Jay Leno's review of the BMW S1000RR.

I hope he does a review of the Buell 1190RS when it goes into production.

Why a person would want a S1000 over an RSV4 is beyond me... If I have the dough, and was in the market for another 'liter' bike, that would be it.
 
Kieth Code has swapped all of his bikes for 1000rr at super bike school. So there is definately something to be said for the BMW. I am just hoping EBR will be comparable if I consider it an option. Right now you can pick an 1125 for 6k easy

Also, i too think the beemer is ugly,as well as a blatant gixxer nock off-sure the numbers are impressive, but how many off you are riding like that on the street??
