The exhaust was getting pretty bad so it was time for some TLC the Buell deserved! "Forgot to take a pic before I started... It was bad." Just took a softer wired brush to remove the rust and crud, wiped it all down good and clean, and taped off what I didn't want black. I used a high temp automotive header spray, be sure to wear a mask!
