Test bikes i believe. To my knowledge it would be unlawful to sell them. Sad but every company does it.

If we knew where the dumpster was some one could conviently go find some good parts or a whole bike.

the only thing you could use the whole bike for though is a track bike or a offroad bike in the case of those ulys.

I personaly think that is a lot of good tires and wheels and other good parts there that could go to people who wreck there bike and cannot afford to buy shiny new ones.

no kidin you could buy a clean frame and then use that to build one hell of a Frankenbuell

The firey lightning blasty bolt of ulysses

This was october of 09 in the back of buell when they announced the closing. It's been emptied ages ago.

My buddy dumpster dives at a GM test plant, picks up 5.3l V8s like they are cool. He has to replace the plug wires and the upper intake as they cut all the wires and hit the intake with a hammer but for $175 in parts he gets a brand new motor with 0 miles. He has gotten 6-7 motors so far. I am hopin he picks out a 6.2l one of these days:D

Thats horrible, but becuz they are either preproduction, test, or demo bikes they may not even have vins.
I saw this at Lexus college in NJ. they had a Rx400H that was preproduction by 2years. It was slated to be crushed nothing could be used off it for legal reasons. Cost they said was 6millon, hand built. and it had no vin just a build plate and manufactor tag.
