So I was on a day trip with my buddy yesterday and we stopped at a couple of dealerships to drool over the new bikes and look at some gear. I think we were in San Marcos, but I'm not sure. Anyway, I see this pretty yellow sport bike and as I walked up to it I immediately noticed the fuel tank frame. I think I said out loud "Wow, just like a Buell!" Then when I got closer, I was like, "Duh, it is a Buell!" So, I'm going on and on about it and my buddy - a cruiser guy - and he's looking at me like "really?" LOL! I didn't have my phone on me so no pics, but it looked just like the pics I've seen. Before freight and assembly charges it was about $18,700 I think..... and a hair over $20K at full price. Very cool bike though. The fit and finished looked great. The only thing that looked peculiar was the little plastic air scoop attached to the front brake. It looked goofy to me... perhaps it really works though. A great bike, no doubt, but I hope EBR can produce a less expensive model in the future. It would be awesome to actually own a NEW Buell.
