Scala G4

I picked up a powerset as part of a group buy a little while back and have only just gotten around to playing with it. I won't have a chance to give it a try until the snow is gone.

There's a new version for snowmobiles that has a corded mic instead of the boom mic. I know there are a few guys on here who love the G4, so I'm wondering how the boom mic fits under a full face helmet. I'm considering ordering the corded, but don't feel like spending money if I don't have to. I've also got a modular helmet, so the boom might still make sense.

My wife and i both have the g4 with the boon mike and theres no problem with runnung the mike through the chin skirt. i have had them installed on 2 icon helmets, a older bell and a exo-1000
