Scg or lowering parts wanted

I would like to lower my bike a little more. I dont want to spend an arm and a leg. If anyone would like to swap parts or if someone can lead in in the right direction, tha would be greatly appreciated.

03firebolt or anyone else who knows, i want to bid on those lowerings springs on ebay for my 03xb9s would it be an easy swap for my high springs? i have good mechanical skills but i am wondering if there is anything else i would need to swap other than just those springs. i want to lower my XB12SS as i'm real short in the leg...

currently i have to tipy toe on one side..

want to get a lower seat and maybe lowering springs.

but finding parts in New Zealand is hard.
