seat bolt spinning inside the threaded insert. cut off bolt head with dremmel. wondering what I should do now. not against a quick release, but 1/2 bolt stuck inside insert . tried drilling out, but the freekin insert is spinning...any ideas?

Wedge a sharp flathead screw driver against the insert or "glue" it in place with some JB weld. Then drill out the whole thing and replace the insert and bolt.

Starting with a very small drill bit helps it not spin too.
