Seat Tether Strap??

Today I took my passenger pillion (seat) off and found that the Firebolt I just bought has the original tool kit!

There's also a tether in there. Anyone know how to attach this to I would assume the Driver's seat?

I haven't received my shop or owners manual yet, still on order. So, I have no idea what to do with tether??

Thin cable tether? I believe it is for your helmet?

How much is the owners manual costing you at the dealer?

You run it through your helmet taking the two loop ends and go through the seat latch & lock seat back down.

I found only 1 on Amazon...I got soaked, but I couldn't find it anywhere else.
