I just bought a second hand Buell xb9r. I ordered a DDM HID kit and am preparing all of the wires for the set up while waiting on the kit to arrive in the mail. While tracing the wires I cam across the two from the "flash-to-pass" switch that were spliced into the blue and white wires from the headlight switch. Is this a factory splice? or did the previous owner modify it to be this way for some reason that isn't apparent to me? I'm not very electrical savvy so this could be the obvious way the the flash-to-pass should be wired. The flash to pass switch did not previously work but that is probably due to the fact that the bright headlight bulb was burned out. anyway, I posted a link to a photo of what Im talking about....
