Serious "no hands" question

Lol this is an interesting thread.... To contribute I'd do it also and see people doing it all the time especially the one hand resting. I suppose it just what your comfortable with/doing an how much of a chance your willing to take. As for me I'm confident in how I ride and do it all the time. I've actually been practicing changing my riding style from push/pull handle bar turning to shifting my weight and leaning to turn because it's a much more stable way to go through a turn but I'm so used to using the handle bars Ive been letting go of them through turns to make sure I don't push an just use my weight. Granted I keep them hovering right above the bars but it's still riding/ turning/ leaning without hands .... Just my 2cents :)
 
You should still be pushing on the bars. You only lean to keep the lean angle of the bike more upright. I've done sweepers leaning too but it was more just messing around. It's not the proper way to corner. To initiate a turn in you should be counter steering.
