Hey guys,

I'm just wondering if the service manuals for an 05 xb will still be relevent for my 08 xb9sx. I know that in 08 they moved the oil pump or something, and there is something different with the TPS reset. I want to start doing my own service as the Harley dealer in calgary charges over $400 for an oil/tranny fluid change and to inspect and adjust a few things. This is the min. charge, and they say it can be more.

Any info is much appreciated!

I think for the most part your going to be OK. Just dont use their footpounds reccomendations for your drain screws or they'll strip your threads.

$60 clams + tax..Thats a pretty solid chunk for some stapled paper, but then again Im not the richest guy

Where can you order them from? $60 is a far cry from what the dealership charges for service. Does anyone know if you can get a digital format as well as print? Both would be handy.

that's not even close to what you're going to save by buying the stapled paper ;):p
