I'd switch out the light for a nice single headlight. Maybe a small digital gauge readout over the triple clamps rather than hanging over the front. Overall a very nice bike.

I've never been a fan of the Triple's bug-eye headlights. It's like they were designing, couldn't decide what to do with the headlamps, shrugged, and said, "Well hell...lets just throw 'em on there!". [smirk] (Love them besides that.)

I like the character they provide, but that's just me. I tell you what I HATE though, it's the stupid mini flyscreen that you can get for the Triple. That thing looks like a plastic plate that somehow made it into the oven and melted. It's so ugly and disfigured looking. What the hell where they thinking with that? They couldn't come with a sleek, sexy looking flyscreen that extends from the "eyes" like we have on our beloved Lightning?

The Triple was my first choice and damn near bought one until I saw the discount offered by Buell. Still a beautiful bike, but I'm VERY content with my piece of American history.
