Shipping forks USPS overseas

Anyone have any input on shipping forks overseas?

They have posters all over the wall at the post office about not mailing oils, and chemicals, etc through the mail... what about forks with fork fluid?

Yes they would want you to drain the forks and dry them. Then they would be fine.

I've shipped them before but I never drained them first

im just wondering if say they get caught up in customs or something like that??

I just shipped another pair i had UPS as is.
