I am going to be buying new Pazzo levers and i can't decide on which to get? I like the look of the shorties better than the long levers but can anyone tell me the difference between the two if there is any? anything at all would be helpful. thanks

I have shorties on clutch and brake... clutch side requires a little more effort, but not really a big deal... I have small hands so i can still get 4 fingers on the clutch lever....shorty on brake side is great... They look awesome too! good luck!

Got the gold shorties to match the wheels. Look great and have a nice feel also.

One is short - the other is long :p

I have the shorties and love them...

all depends on hand size, how many fingers you feel comfortable with on the levers, and fully engaging the clutch with those fingers.i have the shorties and love them.

ok well thanks for all the input...i know they have adjusters on them and does this adjust how far in teh clutch has to be pulled to engage the bike or does it adjust how close the levers are to the grips?

2nd one - distance to the grip.

I had to sand down the clutch safety switch when on position one to be able to start the bike in gear - no biggie.

Shorties or Longs, Older Thread: I too had the same dilemma. So glad I went with the shorties. Especially since I pull in with 2 fingers, it leaves the others for stability IMO. And the adjustment determines how far the reach is for the clutch lever, you adjust the point of engagement with the clutch cable adjustment. Now I barely have to reach for the clutch or brake, pull in slightly and they're engaged.

thanks guys....looks like i am set on shorties than....cant wait to get them on and ride with em in the spring...long winter for me

I was just looking at these myself, I assume the 'long' ones are basically the same length as stock? I'd probably go with those as I always wrap all my fingers around both levers, so it'd feel the same to me with replacements

I've got shorties, but can get all fingers on mine if I choose....except the pinkie. Like this pic. Just an observation, but to each his own. :)[up]

ROFL....Dang, I was going to try to fashion a hand similar to yours, based off of your picture, and sell it, but there's not much of a demand for pinkies that stick out while drinking tea.....everyone has those.

I thought those dudes were going to try and crucify you over that deal.
