Small oil leak

checked my bike today and i noticed theres a small oil leak around the oil drain bolt. drips slow but accumulates over time. any reason for this? just noticed it and scares me. im gunna check my primary and oil levels tonight, im guessing their both pretty low....and black lol

it is coming from the drain bolt? check the bolt and make sure it is torqued to spec.

When you do tighten the Oil/Transmission drain plugs DO NOT overtighten them! just snug them and the NEXT time you change the Fluids change the O'rings on the drain plugs.
OR it is better to replace the Drain plugs so that way you not only have spares you can put new O'rings on your orignal Drain plugs just in case needed. Remember the Aluminum parts on the Primary(Transmision)cover can strip out easily so the Small parts are cheap compared to replacing the parts striped out.Good Luck.*Jimi
