So my firebolt sat for 3 weeks then i decided to take it up the road and noticed it ran a little rough. It was a little pass due for a oil change so later that day i changed the oil and also put on a new rear muffler mount and also put on a lightning tail. Next day i take it around town and noticed it was still running a little rough but my cooling fan has been turning on ALOT more. Trips that usually dont make my bike heat up that much have been making the fan turn on while riding! Any ideas?

have ECMSPY or TunePro for diagnostics?

I have ecm spy but didnt know i could do a diagnostics with it. I will do that in a bit and go from there
