I forgot my part number sheet at home. Need spark plug part numbers for an 03 buell firebolt? Trying to go to napa or advance to grab a set. Any recommendations on what kind to run?
Thanks

Most auto parts store can also look up and tell you what plugs you need. If they can't I'd shop somehwere else. I run factory recommended specs. I have NGK in there now. I got 28,000 miles out of the stock HD/Champion plugs. I just passed 37,000 miles w/o any repairs.

The 9's mentioned above are one heat range colder than stock. That works better for most but some have complained about them. 8's are stock heat range.

I've been to O'Reilley's, Advance, Auto Zone, and they can't find a Buell standing next to one. Take most of our advice, find the part# here, then go tell them what part you want.

Bike runs good now just doing so I know there done. Guy I bought it off of wasn't very knowledgeable about bikes. Anyone have the 8s part number??

no auto part stores around me can get it

??? that makes no sense. you said advance in your first post and i know for a fact they can get them. if you are just looking online its not going to come up.

no i went to an advance nearest me and the guy saw the part but he said he couldn't get it for some reason..i dunno but i went to auto zone and they had 4

I noticed this last month when I did my engine rebuild none of the auto parts companies were able to get the NGK's. Hell I couldn't get any plugs that fit the XB even stock copper core except at the dealer. I actually ended up finding the NGK Iridiums at the local Suzuki/Ducati bike dealership. If I was you I'd check the bike dealerships and you may find them. I think people run them on the SV's so my Suzuki dealership had like 20 in stock.
