Special OPS

Has anyone have problems dealing with Special OPS? Ordered a heat barrier almost about a month ago, march 28th to be exact. But I still haven't received it. Got an email from him that same day thanking me for my purchase. Was advised that he's shipping it on the 30th of March.

I never received anything from him. Sent him about two, maybe three emails in the past couple of weeks. But never heard back. By no means am I trying to bash on Odie. I would just love to hear back from him regarding my order. If any of you know him personally, please ask him to email me. Thanks!

He did that to me on a pipe, told me it would be one week. A month later still nothing, I got a refund. You're not the first unfortunately.
