Is it just me, or is that some hairy ssshit?!
Had a great ride today on some new roads(2me) around sonoma cty/norcal.
I think me & kalifornia did about a hundredd miles together on our firebolts.
The weather just hit& it's ON-so, I had to say seeeyah to the joby job & take a ride.
It's beautifull out but damn! I was barley preped to go crazy on unknown roads, I locked up my front end on one tight little corner, then slid on both ends in another-WTF! I'm saying to myself. Didn't go down, being familiar with my 12r, but definitely felt my sack shrink on a few of those...
Maybee it cause I was trying to keep up with that mad f$$ker? !:D
Either way , safety is always número UNO .[up]
Just ripping into tight ,sonetimes still wet roads is like a drunken first date....

I don't touch a drop when I ride yo-[mad]
Being high from simply riding is something you should try![down]

Hey sorry dude i was referring to the commend you made about the bad spelling.
I can definitely relate t the "high" feeling you get when riding. Trust me riding my bike is the one thing that gets me to smile lately!
Careful on those corners dude!

For sure[up]
Now that the weather is finally nice ,it's easy to be a bit over excited.;)
Saftey first.:)

That same scenerio on my scg, caused the belly pan to catch in the front and dump me on my face.Thats why when when people want to decide on s,ss,or scg.how tall they are isnt the only thing to consider.More important would be your weight, and where and how your going to ride.with an extra 1 1/2 " of travel the suspension would not have been bottomed out. even with the suspension settings about maxed beyond function,a heavey rider will be riding bottomed out and scraping pegs without useing all of the rear tire.

Being shorter, my scg fits perfect(riding it to work today).
Even so I did scrape a little pulling into a steep driveway.
That's never an issue with the firebolt, though I'm probly gonna lower that too.

that happened jan. of 09,it was in the shop for almost 2 months, cost just under 7000 to fix.progressive changed my premium about 500%.but i still ride the crap out of it.Ive put almost 6000 miles on it since then,a lot of them on glendora mountain road, the same place i dumped it.However, cant say I have the same confidence in it since then.I would love to swap the front forks for s, or r but not $ fluid enough to do so right now.

Hell yeah. If you drink A beer once every stop of a ride you will be as cohearent as you would be with out. That is unless you just cant hold your own.
