Just figured I would give my 2 cents. I put a set of spider grips on my bike over the winter, the peak series, and love them. They have a vibration dampering core and they are pretty soft in my opinion. If any one is looking for grips, I would recommend trying them. The price is good to.

Got mine off amazon. I know places online like motorcycle superstore also carry them. Not sure of their actual website. Assume spider grips should have a website. You can get them for under $20 shipped. They are nice grips.

They look pretty cool and not a bad price. Seem like a quality made product. May have to try them out.

/\ /\ /\... That's them. I am not sure the exact series those are but mine are the peak series, but that's it, thanks buellbradski[up]

Just talked myself in to getting a pair. These are the Peak like fish mentioned and are for sport & touring bikes. $22 incl shipping on ebay. Not bad. Probably better than my $9 Cycle Gear grips anyway.

I have spider grips on my firebolt, the yellow ones to be exact! I really like them, they have great grip, but aren't very comfortable,... The yellow ones got dirty pretty fast as well which is annoying, but they did match my bike at first!

Ha ha those looka bit like the old(very old) Mushroom BMX grips ..... old like in the 80' ies ....

Went on my first ride last night after installing my new Spider Grips on Monday. I got the "Peak" model as pictured in this thread.

These are the fourth pair of grips I've had on my bike this year, just trying out different models for best comfort/fit etc, and these Spider Grips are BY FAR the best one's I've tried. They are super comfortable and have lots of grip. They're also a very good looking grip. I got the all black version so they look good without being flashy. They do have others with accent colors though.

I obviously can't testify yet as to the longevity & durability but I'd be very surprised if I don't buy these again when these wear out. These things are pretty awesome.

Definitely two thumbs up and fully agree with fishxb12 on recommending them to others. Best $20 I've spent on my bike.

Many thanks to fishxb12 for posting the recommendation.

Speaking of BMX grips, anyone remember these beauties? Had a few pair of these on my PK Ripper in about 84.
