Spotted White Firebolt in Maryland

I was driving down 175 away from Fort Meade MD yesterday afternoon and spotted a white xbr unsure if it was a 9 or 12. That is the only other Firebolt I have seen on the roads around this area.

There is a white firebolt in DC I see all the time and a black 09 firebolt in arlington I see daily.
