Wait a minute! If you have a vehicle you haven't registered in a few years you have to pay a penalty just to register it again! And a ridiculous huge penalty! That makes no sense. You buy a vehicle and now have to pay a ridiculous penalty for something someone else did? WTF! Whether a vehicle is currently plated or 10 years expired you go down to the BMV, pay your $70 bucks, and walk out with new plates here. That makes no sense. I will never understand California....

Does that include a free bottle of lube? Even like the little sample packs? They staple it to the paperwork when they hand it to you! Last year I paid $265 to register my bike for 5 years and full coverage insurance runs around $90-100 a year on it. I feel fortunate.

You should have registered it in AZ first, then we could have transferred it to you. I think it was almost $100 to get redbuell's title transferred to me and registered.
