Hey guys,

I really could use a little help with trying to change my original exhaust and replacing it with a buell race exhaust but would like to know exactly how to do it step by step and/or the easiest way possible. Can someone please help me.

Thanks

I just put my race can on and I only skimmed the manual but the way I found easy wast to get the exhaust header in the flange and get 1 rear strap started. It holds it there making it easy to complete. Last thing to tighten is the front muffler strap BRACKET. Tighten both rear and front strap little by little until they are all nice and snug. I used my drill to support the muffler up while I put on rear strap. My pipe came with a little plate that goes between the muffler and rear bracket. If you dont use it, it will dent in the muffler I'm guessing.

Trill thanks for the addition. Plan on getting around to this project sometime later this week. Will keep you guys updated on the progress.
