transmission issues...1) it's a Harley...lol 2) proper primary chain adjustment is Key! 3) proper clutch adjustment is important too. 4) if you get stuck gears or cant shift at all...usually bent/broken shift forks inside the transmission case

stalling...was it hot? fan running? did you get an engine light? did it die just rolling in gear at highway speeds? could be something in the ignition acting funky

it shifts juts fine it doesn't grab hard through the gears but its gets after it lol ya i know its a harley . and i haven't adjusted a primary before .... so I have no clue how . stalling ... i was in 5th at 80 at 4000 rpm and it just died like no fuel fan was running no lights came on,they all work when starting up ... and it wasn't that hot today like 88 ish

everything you're mentioning and inquiring about is covered in simple basic factory service manual. you can download it for free from this site. correct fluids....primary and cable and clutch pack adjustments.....all in there.
spend $45 and get yourself ecmspy and patch cable available from multiple internet sources. you'll find once in usage that your ecm has stored trouble codes, that the codes indicate a component that is electronically activated, and that your troubles are heat-generated.
