stock baffle removal

how would it affect my hp on my 07 xb9r if i cut open the stock exhaust and removed everything from inside. i have seen this done on youtube

so i ried it with a k&n and ace map and it feels like i lost a little power

i did that to my pipe. lost a little low end torque but not much. it is loud as **** though. as in, cool for the first couple of months then its oppressively loud.

I wouldn't do it. Pipes need to be tuned. You will probably loose power in areas
