Straight Header??

I saw a lightning the other day running no pipe just a straight header with the chin fairing removed, can this hurt anything? seemed like a stupid idea to me, but now i'm just curious!

Not good for the engine at all. To bad cause thats what I would do if it wouldn't hurt it.

it didn't sound that bad actually, that's why i was curious. but if it could hurt the engine i wouldnt want to do it=/

Its bad to a point after a certain extended amount of time. It sounds badass idling but sounds pretty crappy running it, never mind the fact you have zero torque and have to slip the clutch to take off from a stop.
