Ok I wanted to provide an update on my situation for those who may be experiencing the same problems.
I dont want to speak too soon. But I have put about 100 miles between a couple rides with NO issues. I am super stoked to believe I have finally fixed the issue.
Things I fixed, I pulled the tubes for the PCV breather mod and blew them out they were clogged. I pulled the hose for what I think is the fuel tank breather and blew it out... it was pretty clogged as well. A lot of crap cam out of both. I pulled the ground to frame wires near the batt and cleaned them up. They looked pretty bad. I also found a grounding positive wire on the right side of the bike. The red wire on the gray triangle connector. I fixed that.
I have had none of the issues I was experiencing before since I have done this. I am keeping my fingers crossed because she is running GREAT and very reliable.
