Gotta give Susquehanna Valley HD a 5 star rating on customer service. I broke down just N of Harrisburg PA and ended up towing (AAA) the bike to them. While they couldn't do the repair (Voltage reg or Strator) they did let me store the bike while I arranged for shipping to Greenville, SC where my indy's shop is! I had to fly out the next morning and they called me the minute the bike was picked up and took great care of me, even though I spent $0 with them.

in all honesty we have approx. 20 H-D dealers here in southern PA/northern MD and the main factory here as well. i have never heard anything but good about all of them. very helpful folks, the lot of 'em.
 
Darcy @ Iron Valley has been VERY helpful for me! She is a fairly young GIRL, but she out does a LOT of other parts guys i"ve dealt with already! (I mean that in general...NOT I/V's parts guys).
 
I like them too. I get whatever parts I can from them, oil filters/battery. Great folks over there.
