Man that NineT is a thing of beauty. I've seen one in person and sat on it. Reminded me a lot of the feel of my XB. I really like it a lot. Would love to test ride one.

OMG! Sweet bikes! I love the R nine T !!!! I've been thinking about trading my 2012 Ninja 650 in and getting one. Being a BMW though, they are in a higher price range and I'd have to do some fancy accounting to swing it.
Then, I'm not sure if it would offer the same utility that my Ninja does. I sometimes take it on long, overnight trips even though it isn't a sport tourer. The main issue for me would be lack of a windscreen on the freeways. I guess I could add one though. I haven't seen any comparisons involving the R nine T, but I'm anxiously awaiting. Yes, I think they are reminiscent of the XB's.
