It's not really an any one person has had the issue. I'd be more shocked on who hasn't had the issue at all. Get your credit card or check book out cause you are going to need. Especially if you get a rewind and start blowing voltage regulators like some of us are doing.

Did notice the my relay and harness is a little burnt up. Cant find any sits to order replacement parts and im hours from the neares deal any suggestions

So just upgrading the voltage regulator to a high performance would solve it or did i made a bad discussion on buying a buell 1125r

Youll have to replace the stator with the upgrade or rewind your original with some mods, also upgrade VR and replace the relay abd repair any burnt wires if not completely rewire the system with a bigger gauge. I dont have an 1125 but its a common enough issue that everyone learns the problem quick.
