Polkiejoe, You should try cafepress.com. They have much cheaper pricing. Also, try using a .png file without a matte background on dark colored shirt.

I would be really cautious with using buell logos. Harley is really lame about not letting anyone use their stuff. Badweatherbikers got it's name because they couldn't use the word Buell. Harley has sent cease and desist letters to this website before just for the name. That was settled, but imagine what could happen if they say you were selling your own stuff with their name on it. I would suggest just using the Pegasus logo without any words like this

If they got mad about the name im pretty sure they would get mad about using the logo as well since it is a trade mark

It's just more likely to slip under the radar than using an obvious is obvious HD logo.

Hey Dave, I looked into cafe express but there quality really sucks compared to this site. I checked out some comparison pics on the web and it's a night and day difference in quality. I'll be modding the design some to get the heat off me from HD... so get these while you can I guess?? I'll be changing them tomorrow[up]

Really? I have bought a lot of things from cafepress and I've only had one shirt that I wasn't 100% happy with the quality. Maybe I'll order a shirt from your place one of these days and compare.
