I hope he wasnt on a sport bike that would be kinda embarassing.. even tho the bike sounds like a rocket??

Hes draggin knee and this bagger keeps getting away hahah

Wow that sounds like 2 goldwings! You can hear it scraping in just about every turn! Those guys are CRAZY!

It looks like at least one death per year with four already this year. I guess I would expect the death toll to increase each year as The Tail of the Dragon becomes more popular. I hope I didn't endanger anyone by mentioning this place.

I do think it would be cool to rent out one huge 50 person cabin for all the members that want to chip in. We could get a few kegs and make a long weekend out of it. It might be a bit difficult to organize, but it would be sweet if it worked out.
 
I'd like to go just to shoot some video. Those kegs sound fun too! Maybe BryD959 and I could make a film of the event.
 
Over on another buell forum there is a guy named Dragonslayer(can you guess where his favorite ride is???).
He organized a "slay the dragon" weekend there for Buell riders, and is organizing another for April of '09.
If its ok with the mods, I will post a link to it, but I dont know if thats ok to do here. If someone can give me a yes or no on that.

Could be cool to organize with them.
Just a idea.

Several guys on my local sport bike forum have gone to the gap the last 3 weekends.

Well I don't remember the guy name but I know not many guys can keep up with him even if they are on any kind of i4 1000 sport bikes.
 
I am amazed at how well he leans and flicks that Goldwing around those corners. I mean....thats a GOLDWING!

The video is sped up, he's not flicking the bike back and forth that fast...

I think you can post the link. Jeremy is totally cool about that stuff.
