Found a link on here or bad weather bikers a while back (can't find it now) where a guy made his own using a $10 small backpack from the bag section of walmart and 2 6' nylon camping straps from the camping section same store.
I did this and it works great from throwing wallets, ipods, cameras and what evers in it for a day or so ride.
Top of the bag has one strap through the loop and down through the hole under the seat where the seat lip fits just in front of the tank,
The base of the bag in the rear has the other strap go through then around the base of the stering neck.
Not the greatest of explanations but i threw some pics i had of it on to give you and idea.

thanks a bunch guys..
i like the bigger bad link and the the idea of making my own smaller pack is great too..:)

I just bought a GIVI with suction cups, it's a bit big on the bike but you can place the cups in many diff places so you can manage to get it on no problem and it does fit lots of stuff in.

Almost but that's when it is extended so just normal isn't that bad.

I used the Cortech mini-bag. Fit pretty well once I figured out a good place to hold the straps. the single (facing you) i ran under the seat to where the seat attaches to the bike, and the 2 going forward, wrapped around the tank filler under the airbox, and pull tight (cut the straps short) but fits great. very minimal movement.
