My list, in no particular order:
1. Yamaha Vmax gen 1
2. Honda VFR800 or VFR750
3. Honda RC-51
4. Suzuki GT750 (with pipes)
5. Yamaha R1 cross plane
6. Aprilia RSV4
7. Yamaha FZ-07 (Jake the garden snake's is a fine example)
8. Sportster engine with 2 into 1, Or big H-D with V&H short shots
9. Suzuki TL1000 or SV1000
