Pennsylvania has some of the most scenic and finest cycle riding roads in america. for better or worse it gets flooded with riders on nice weekends like this past one and the "mom and pop" motels fill up quickly. tiny little hamlet called Galeton in northern PA, a few miles from NY line, situated on scenic PA route 6, a mecca for riders. so i'm on an over-niter with the little lady, my friend Edster and his wife....and we just checked into the last available room at the only motel in Galeton, PA. around 1900hrs a NY guy rolls in on a 2006 Ulysses packed with camping gear and he's distraught and exhausted. no rooms anywhere and he's spent. i offered him floor space in our room if he wanted but he just refused to impose. with that i called the owner of the motel who informed me to tell the Ulysses pilot he could camp under the pine trees front motel yard. we all left for dinner....the Ulysses pilot set up camp...and early yesterday morning knocked on our room door to thank me and say he had a great nights' sleep. thought the pics summed it up nicely: my V-strom....beemer of friend....tons of H-D's, and the Lone Ulysses camped in the yard.
