Every time I start the bike, and I mean every time, I hear soundgarden's kickstand. I keep thinking it's about about a bike asking an owner to "come stand me up!"

Apocalyptica, Led Zeplin, Doors, Allman Brothers, Waylon Jennings, Marilyn Manson, Metallica, Rob Zombie, Slipknot, Pantera, Hell Yeah, Buckcherry, Motley Crue, The Band, Bob Seger, Charlie Daniels Band, and anything else Rock & Roll!

Gator-I've seen Maiden quite a few times thru the years, including This year, and I gotta tell ya, they can still put it together, including Dickinsons voice :)

Incubus, Foo Fighters, Linkin Park, Disturbed(great workout music), Drowning Pool, Breaking Benjamin, Flyleaf, Seether, Stone Sour, Buck Cherry, and then when I want to go hard, Lamb of God, Boy Sets Fire, Children of Bodem, and Shadows Fall. I will throw in a little rap here and there too, Common, Lil Wayne, Ying-Yang, Dr. Dre. I pretty much listen to everything if you couldnt tell already.

i try not to listen to disturbed when i ride anymore... it has a tendency to MAKE me speed... like, 110 in a 45 speed... almost crapped my pants; had to slow it down and change the song before i oh idk... went to jail? lol

My Fiance is into country, we agree on that so that's what I listen to the most. When I'm not with her all I really listen to anymore is Bad Religion, Dropkick Murphy's, Social Distortion and the Misfits. She agreed to play Dropkick's "Upstarts & Broken Hearts" at our wedding, what an awesome lady. I like punk the most though. It just suits me.

Upstarts & Broken Hearts: read the words, they very much fit Her and I.

Gator, we have almost identical taste in music.

Im bumping this thread instead of creating a whole new one. Im a huge dubstepper, I got into when I was trying to find something to ride to years ago that fit my style, nothing like railing a corner at speed, maxing out a lean angle with dubstep smashing your ear drums in. Ill post more of my select Dubstep later, but here is my new jam.

Blackberry Smoke, Mason Jennings, Matt Nathanson, Mike Perkins, Amos Lee, Carbon Leaf, Hank Senior & Junior, Nazareth, Skynard, CCR, Zep, just a montage of great stuff!

Southern Rock-Lynyrd Skynyrd pre-1977,Allman Bro's,Marshall Tucker

Old country-pre 1975

Southern Gospel-old school

While riding the only music I listen to is "the V twin shuffle"

Cool to see alot of Tool fans right off the bat! One of my favorite bands! I listen to an array but like ethereal sounding bands. Always like the old metal: Megadeth, Slayer, Testament, Iron Maiden, but as with time my taste desires more. Friend of mine turned me onto a band called Porcupine Tree. Progressive, but hints of heavy and spacey Pink Floyd moments. I dig Some good chick artists as well: Kate Bush, Tori Amos, Joanna Newsom (yeah not manly and certainly won't make you want to twist the throttle when your riding, but good stuff). My tastes really do run all over. I check out tons of local bands around here and the CHapel Hill area mostly. I'm always finding myself listening to new stuff!

Lots of dubstep and house techno, anything with a really heavey fast beat, also dresden dolls, atari teenage riot, yeah yeah yeahs, thursday the full collapse is my favorite cd, I am a massive metric fan and generally anything with emily haines in it is great, riot grrrl punk too like sleater_keaney, the reputation, demander. Old school punk with iggy pop and the runaways. With rap its lil wyte, aesop rock, atmosphere. I like a lot of music I just hate country with a passion. Its just too formulaic. Almost all popular music is though. Every one gets in my car and is like "what are you listening to?" I just say "i have a buell and a turbo omni did.you really expect the radio to bebplaying pop music?"
