Not really affordable for the hobbyist. For that kind of change you better plan on making lots of headers... or at least a few and get paid well for them.

Check these guys out. You get their kit and lay out how you want the headers then screw it all together when done and mail it back and they weld you up some headers and mail them back to you. Was thinking of doing this with my car but headers would provide very little gain so it wasnt worth it but a very cool idea and doesnt look that overpriced. Thats about what headers are for some of the cars I've seen. I'm sure they could do a Buell header once you had it laid out and shouldnt be too much.
