I have fond memories of this growing up! Sure, I crashed a few times, had some hairy encounters in the mountains, got stuck on the side of a hill for several hours, stranded once, etc. But that's life! And I learned a ton about myself, my limits, how to take care of (and fix) my equipment, independence, responsibility, and there's the time spent with family that no amount of money can buy.

We are working on it...my boy just turned 7
they should spend more time to teach driving skills.... i agree
Between being the coach for his soccer team and baseball practice. We only have one or two weekend a month, that we can go up to the property.
