all three of them should have gone to jail.maybe all three did since the vid ended before the cops got there.the guy in the truck needs his ass kicked its a shame the 2 riders pussed out.i loved the part where he says we never cross that line [confused] what unless its a double yellow and we want to pass.i bet the cops loved that vid the guy in the truck goes to jail for assualt,felony speeding,wreckless driving,bikers felony speeding,wreckless driving,crossing double yellow.and all three for dumb in public

it would be tough to prove speeding from the video. and in some states its legal to make a safe pass across a double yellow. not sure what was reckless about the motorcycles in the video.

most states its illegal,its very easy to judge speed using a video.if my house was on that road i would have wanted to kick the shit out of all three of them.you can tell all three were way over the speed limit.measure the distance between two spots see how long it takes anything to go from point a to point b and you have the speed

I would like to hear about the outcome of this.
Guy on the lead bike could see every bit of the left side of the road he would have used. trail bike stayed on his side of the road other than when about to pass, guessing the lead bike did as well after the pass. I don't think reckless driving should come into play. 70-75 in a 55 isn't so bad, I understand it looked more like 90-100 after the pass. if I were getting chased by a pick-up i would take off too, if you didn't I would assume you had mental retardation. I applaud the follow guy for keeping up and getting it all on tape. should he be prosecuted for keeping up? I don't think so, that pick-up would have cleared the road of anyone else long before the bike got to them. so I don't think he was placing anyone in any more danger. should he have passed on a double yellow? no. is it illegal? don't know the laws there, but if it is the should be fined. is trying to kill someone with your truck illegal? hell yeah. the guy should burn.
lol 75 in a 50 is considered reckless 20 over in some places is felony speeding.keeping up to get it on film is still illegal.they are all asses going way to fast on a sunday morning on a res road.i understand standing up for someone you share something in common with but thats not me when they act stupid.i wonder how much opinion would change if theyre kids were crossing the road or theyre family was coming out of that church to get in the car.jmo.he has another vid out on a res road speed limit 45 his buddy goes by at 130 mph these two are losers and give bikers a bad name

All I got to say is let the cops handle the laws. Not dum fuck in rednecks. This isn't "brake the law and we'll kill ya bullshit" those bikers weren't going that fast.......maybe 70 or so and ya passing on a double yellow does piss people off. They SHOULD be cited and probably will be when someone sees the tape. But a fucking squid taking justice into his own hands with a truck and a crowbar deserves to get the shit kicked outta him. If I was the trucker I would at least have the decency to say in a polite tone "dude it's residential I understand you wanna have fun but keep it under control" I wouldn't wield a weapon and tear around those corners in a truck trying to catch him. It doesn't really help your case when you say "I was being stupid trying to catch some stupid bikers and attempted to kill him because he pissed me off". Cite the biker----take the truckers license (at the very least) for the rest of his sorry life, then let him burn for attempted manslaughter

The truck driver should have been arrested for attempted murder, he kept on chasing the biker and tried repeatedly to run him down. OK, the first time when he moved over was bad enough, the next 8 plus minutes should be ample evidence of attempted murder in my book.
There's nothing illegal about running for your life and and/or trying to prevent or stop a crime in progress!
Crossing a double yellow is a misdemeanor moving violation. Ticket and on your way. Same as a speeding ticket.
Swerving your 1/2ton or 3/4 ton pick up to intentionally try to commit bodily injury or possibly death is a felony.
If you witness a crime, you are within your right to take action. If you tackle and hurt a random person walking on the street that's a crime. If you witness a person rob/mug a little old lady, and you tackle and hurt that person, not a crime. Falls more in the hero category rather than criminal category.

if you break the law while trying to stop a crime your guilty of breaking the law.if the second bike caught the truck what was he going to do ram him he should have done the speed limit he already had the video. all three of these vechicles could have killed some kid crossing the road.they were all wrong. this same biker that took this vid has another one of 130 mph in a 45 on residential road.put him in the same group as the trucker no respect for others
