those XBs with catch cans... what do you catch?

I just installed XB rocker boxes on my X1 with a catch can. Before with my factory rocker boxes and catch can i would get a milky water/oil mixture.... now all i get it water.... is this normal? its kind of bothering me!!!!!

I get different deposits throughout the year, depending on humidity and temp. In the summer when it's dry and hot in Vegas I usually get nothing, but when it cools off I get a fairly watery milky looking collection, and in the winter a thicker and darker looking mixture out of the catch can.
