Throttle body installation tricks..?

A coupla problems came up at the same time.
No clue as to the timing of this...but the TPS went south and the throttle body started to leak air at the head.

Fixed the TPS easy enough, but then noticed the air/vacuum leak.

Bought new sealing rings, carefully reinstalled everything, being sure to seat the rings as I was tightening the four fasteners.
STILL leaks, mabe even a tad worse.

Any tricks I missed on this feat ?

I used james gaskets on mine with some crc dry glide silicone gasket lube. works like a champ. You might just want to lube the ones you just put in and give it another try.
