Anytime Im riding and give the bike more than 1/4 - 1/2 throttle, it dies down to idle and takes 4-5 seconds for the signal to reset. Accelerates fine to around 4-4500 RPMs. Done a TPS reset multiple times. Had suggestions from bad TPS to fuel pump. Anyone have any ideas?

I would suggest getting an ecmspy cable and ecmspy software or a Buelltooth dongle. Then run diagnostics on it. Look for trouble codes and check all readings--voltage, tps, injectors, etc.......also, tell us more about your bike i.e. year, model, mods, and any other pertinent info or things recently done to the bike maintenance wise. More info=better trouble shooting.

Posting the model year, and mileage of the bike you're dealing with is often helpful for those trying to assist. Also noting what mods have been done to the bike can helpful.
I would say if your bike is an 08, or newer, then you probably have an issues with the IAC valve. Search "buell xb IAC issues" and you should be able to find a lot of helpful info.
I mention this only BC you mention performing a TPS reset but do not mention anything about ECMspy, tunerpro, or ECMdriod. That leaves me to guess your have an 08 or newer bike which allows you to perform a TPS reset via the throttle grip and what not.
But again, I'm guess since you didn't give much background info.
Also, no matter what year or mileage bike, it is essential your throttle cables are adjusted correctly or anything involving the TPS adjustment will more than likely be out of whack.
Have you had your intake snorkel off resently? Is so make sure it was reinstalled properly.
Are there a CEL flashing when you experience your throttle issues?
How old is your battery? Are the grounds and what not clean and tight?
If you want a quick fix answer then give us a post with enough information to allow us to assertain exactly what you're dealing with.
Otherwise, we're all grasping at straws.

typical FP pressure problem and/or lazy O2 sensor headed to sensor heaven. as carlos so eloquently addressed....your lack of info prohibits any further accurate and concise assistance.

My guess would have been FP. But, then again that's a guess so I want to see if the OP can shine more light on this mystery and post some clues as to what might be causing his bike issues.

Sorry, it's a 05 XB9R. No mods except exhaust. Stock tune. I have ECM spy. No CEL's. snorkel installed, new battery, tight grounds, I've replaced the fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator and still have the same issue. AFV went from 109.3 to 103.5 when I changed the fuel pump but the issue remains.

Yes you did.
From Micheal, Lunatic, and Chicken. All with very good advice.

And you ignored most of it, or at least didn't post here what you found after replacing the o2 sensor, adjusting the throttle cables, or doing any diagnosis of the bike you own, that is in front of you, not us.

I'm not clairvoyant, and I don't think anyone else here is either. The answer you get is exactly as good as the information you give. Which, right now... is pretty poor.

Are the grounds also clean? Did you test or clean the injectors? Have you taken the front fairing apart recently--maybe check the bank angle sensor. When you ran diagnostics did you have any stored codes besides not having any current codes? Have you made any other progress yet. Check anything off that would not be the culprit?

You're bike is an 05.
You have ECMspy
Reset you TPS

If you're still have issues, google search "buell xb intake leak".
Let us know what transpires

I think is Chicken too! I came back here to post 'Intake Leak' but the smart fella beat me to it!

Good luck Banana, we are all still guessing.

Thanks Cooter.
Unfortunately my thumbs don't work as fast as the old grape.
My spelling and punctuation sure do suck for a smart fella!

I havent checked the O2 sensor or the injectors and not sure how to, throttle cables are adjusted properly, about to do a running fuel pressure test to see if its falling off at mid throttle. Not sure what other diagnosis i could do. No stored codes other than TPS low voltage which cleared when i changed the TPS. No leaks on the intake, but it does seem to be running lean.
