^ +1 on the PR2s. They last 2.5x longer than the DCIIIs. I have Road2s, and my girlfriend has Roads. I would (and do) spend the extra $20 to get the 2s.

I've never had any problems gettin spankin new tires offline. Never any blemished tires or any thing. Most of the tires I've gotten have only been a few months old.

The Q2 are a tiny bit better than the PP2CT. Both are better than most would use at the track.

Running Michelin pure powers sbtg has great prices and sells a ton of them they where at the track day here locally i just went there yesterday and dropped nearly 1k on track suit ect.
Pure powers are awsome this far great grip and wearing well on my 1125r

Thanks guys. I'm due for a tire change this winter and trying to get some ideas. I use mine mainly for commuting and some spirited riding on the weekend so I think that the 2ct's would work well for me. Any suggestions or thoughts?

I am running Metzler Sportec M3's I really like them so far... I don't have many miles on them yet but the handle well. I bought mine at Simple Sport Bikes they where good to deal with and matched the best online price I found.

I got Shinko's Raven. They cheap and great for commuting and some longer trips on the weekend when you go a little wild.
