Tires for XB12XT

Rear tire got "screwed" at 7,000 mis(had tread left to burn)....looking for best combo performance/longevity. I like these Mich.Pilot Rd. 2...is there better?

Road 3's are supposed to be better in the wet, not sure about longevity yet. I'll let you know when I wear mine out.

just put Road 3s on my Uly, 6k miles, mostly commute, no flat spot, I won't run anything else, until something better comes out, LOL

I went with the Dunlop Sportmax Q2 on the rear of my XT. Really like how it's held up-7K mi. and still looks good.

Pirelli Scorpion Trail has been a good tire for me and seems to be wearing just fine.
