A 200mm isn't "all that" but if you like the wider tire and don't plan on any serious turns on a regular basis it would be fine. I run a 200mm and like the look and I feel it handles just fine for what the roads allow here in MI. If I planned to ride a track or lived in the canyons (or somewhere like that) I would opt down to a 190mm.
I like the wider look but the wider you go on our bike/wheel combo the more you will notice the back end tending to slip out in the hard corners.
Up front I would stick to the stock sizes, not sure to many members change up the front. Most just going 180, 190, or 200 out back, and a very few have modded up to 240mm tires.
