To Lean???

Just got my 05 firebolt xb12r and it has a jardine exhaust and I put a K & N filter on it. When I rev it too fast and don't really give it a full rev it seems like it wants to die. Is this Normal??? Or do I need to try to adjust the fuel mixture??? Its not really to much of a problem just new to the buells and wondering if I should do something.

Kinda vague description.

I can advise you, purchase a tuning cable and ECMspy. That will give you the answer you need if its lean.

If your referring to the pop/cough/fart every now and then when giving throttle, thats normal.
